During the course of making funeral arrangements we are requested by clients to place instructions for the provision of goods and services by third parties. These commonly include the arrangements for churches, ministers, cemeteries and crematoria and the placing of notices and orders with newspapers and florists.
Whilst we are very happy to pass on such orders on behalf of our clients please understand that we can accept no responsibility for the actions or failings of third parties. Such orders are passed on by our Company strictly on the basis that we have no liability for any loss, damage, expense or inconvenience of whatever nature arising from the failure of others to carry out such orders correctly.
